Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting team. The successful candidate will oversee finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. You will act as a liaison between management, project leaders, department managers and the finance team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on key financial matters. The role includes extensive financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Oversee Finance & Accounting Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and management to the team, ensuring efficient financial operations and adherence to policies and procedures
- Review and Improve AP/AR Processes: Analyze and review the current Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transaction processes, implementing improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to the management and board of directors, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and insights
- Consolidate and Analyze Financial Data: Evaluate financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, profit and loss, etc.) in line with the company’s goals and financial standing
- Manage Forecasts and Reports: Be the main person responsible for preparing and delivering monthly reports, quarterly reports, financial reports for Board Meetings, and 5-10 year planning forecasts
- Advising Project Leaders and Department Managers: Provide strategic advice on budget optimization and pricing strategies to project managers
- Identify Trends and Advise Management: Conduct trend analysis and make recommendations to Management based on sound financial insights
- Financial Strategy Development: Work closely with Senior Management to enhance the structure of the finance, accounting, and reporting departments
- Joint Venture Accounting: Demonstrate a solid understanding of joint venture business and accounting processes, ensuring smooth financial coordination in such ventures
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on various ad hoc projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in finance management, with a strong background in AP/AR processes, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability to lead and mentor finance teams, and to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non financial stakeholders
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance including IFRS and technical knowledge of local tax laws, preparation of financial budgets, financial projections
- Experience with joint venture business structures is a plus

Job Description:
• Handle daily accounts payable operations and record all transactions into accounting system.
• Handle petty cash, cash advance, and cash reimbursement.
• Preparation AP reconciliation and AP aging balance for month-end closing.
• Update actual accounts in online sheet for the management team.
• Coordination with the various team and support units to ensure timely and accurate data of daily, weekly
and monthly reports.
• Communicate proactively and clearly with internal and external customers on significant issues and
resolve issues.
• Preparation of ad hoc and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years experience in accounts payable.
• Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Operate well under pressure with pleasant personality and service-minded attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Good in Microsoft Excel / G-suite and SAP.
