Thailand opens Cybersec Asia x Thailand International Cyber Week 2025: Building a Resilient Digital Landscape Through Collaboration

Bangkok, Thailand – January 22, 2025 – The region’s premier cybersecurity gathering, Cybersec Asia x Thailand International Cyber Week 2025 (powered by the National Cyber Security Agency), officially commences today. This influential forum brings together top cybersecurity experts, policymakers, and industry visionaries from Thailand, across Asia and around the world in a collective effort to drive collaboration, share strategic insights, and shape the region’s evolving cybersecurity landscape.

 

Proceedings began with opening remarks from Ms. Panadda Kongma, Vice-President of Business at VNU Asia Pacific, who set the tone for the event. This was followed by Mr. Puripan Bunnag, Senior Vice President of the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), who highlighted Thailand’s commitment to advancing international business events. Mr. Atul Kumar, Director of the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), then underscored the critical role of cross-border collaboration in enhancing global cybersecurity standards. The ceremony concluded with remarks by AVM Amorn Chomchoey, Secretary-General of NCSA, National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), who stressed the importance of strengthening digital infrastructures.
